Associated Qualities: It governs aspects of personal power, self-esteem, confidence, assertiveness, willpower, and the ability to take action.
When Balanced: confidence, assertiveness, and overall well-being.
When Blocked: A blocked or imbalanced solar plexus chakra can manifest as feelings of low self-esteem, self-doubt, anxiety, digestive problems, or difficulty taking initiative.
Balancing Practices: Specific yoga poses (like twists and backbends), breathwork (like kapalabhati), and meditation practices can help balance the solar plexus chakra.
